Description:Acclaimed writer Luis Alberto Urrea presents "Universal Border: From Tijuana to the World." He is the author of "The Devil's Highway: A True Story" and more than a dozen works of nonfiction and fiction about the Mexican-American experience and life on the border.

The Plan II Honors Program, the Center for Mexican American Studies, the Annette Strauss Institiute for Civic Life and the Department of English are co-sponsors of this event.
