Between tests and papers, there is the adjustment of learning to live on your own away from family, making friends and dating, plus trying to pick a major and prepare for a career. UT professor Dr. Mary Steinhardt discusses her research on how to develop resilience when faced with stress and change, including how spirituality can improve our resilience.
