Description:The four-part Chinese Architecture Lecture Series explores the impact of a building explosion in China that began in 1978. Wang Shu of Amateur Architecture discusses Hangzhou in this talk.

The lecture series features a U.S. scholar and three successful Chinese architects who have reacted to China's growth in three of its most important cities: Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou.
