Description:
Food Studies Project presents Educated Eater Lunch
The Food Studies Project presents "Culture, Art and Food," featuring a short clip of director Peter Sellars discussing the topic in Berkeley's "Edible Education." The Slow Food Texas organization will be highlighted at this meeting. Free Vietnamese sandwiches served.

Educated Eater is a bi-weekly social lunch for UT students, featuring free food. Come talk food, eat food and learn food. The program aims to connect students to food-related student organizations.

There are six Educated Eater social lunches scheduled for spring 2012 with topics such as culture, politics, health, environment, economics and technology.
