Description:Human Development and Family Sciences graduate student Yijie Wang presents a talk titled "Parent-Child Acculturation Profiles as Predictors of Chinese American Adolescents' Academic Trajectories" as part of the ongoing Department of Human Development and Family Sciences colloquia.

Yijie Wang is a third-year graduate student in HDFS. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Peking University in China and M.A. from our program in Spring 2011. She is interested in adolescent development in a multiethnic context, specifically how adolescents navigate between the cultural/ethnic environment of their families and peer groups.
