Description:The Wildflower Center celebrates Texas trees with the grand opening of the Mollie Steves Zachry Texas Arboretum. A 1:30 p.m. ribbon cutting is followed by reading of a children's poem, "My City Tree Cares for Me." At 3 p.m., author Ralph Yznaga discusses historic Texas trees he photographed statewide. Guided tours at 4 p.m. features historically significant trees.
