Hispanics are the largest and fastest-growing minority group in the United States, comprising 6.9% of the electorate. The Hispanic Leadership Initiative presents "Hispanic Vote 2012: Understanding Our Strength," a conference that examines how the changing demographic might affect the 2012 presidential election, as well as the issues most important to the Latino community.
