Description:The Miró Quartet and Shangai Quartet come together to perform the world premiere of a double quartet by UT faculty composer Dan Welcher, along with works by Shostakovich and Mendelssohn.

Concert made possible by a generous grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, with additional support from the Dean of the College of Fine Arts and the Executive Vice President and Provost of The University of Texas at Austin.
