| Description: | Marking the centennial year of Lady Bird's birth, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center offers a special exhibit about the seven years in which Lady Bird and others developed the Hike and Bike Trail along Lady Bird Lake. Center hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 9 a.m. -5:30 p.m., Sunday from noon-5:30 p.m.
The exhibit includes historic photos and Lady Bird memorabilia, contemporary photos of the lake from and artwork by Margie Crisp, the late Diane Grammer and Nick Swift. |
