Description:Attend a screening of "Dedemin Insanlari" (My Grandfather's People, 2011, dir. Cagan Irmak). Inspired by Irmak's own childhood and family history, this warm family drama takes place among the challenging socio-political period of the late 1970s and early 1980s in Turkey while relating memories of the 1924 population exchange agreement between Turkey and Greece. Runs 123 min. In Turkish with English subtitles.
