Description:The Stalin Film Series screens "Burnt by the Sun 2," the 2010 sequel to Nikita Mikhalkov's "Burnt by the Sun." In Russian with English subtitles; 181 minutes. The ongoing Stalin Film Series presents a collection of movies depicting the lives and struggles of Russians under the rule of Joseph Stalin.

Director Mikhalkov's sequel, in which he also stars, is set on the Eastern Front of World War II. It had a production budget of $55 million, the largest ever in Russian cinema.
