Description:A workshop on goal setting is offered for students employed by UT Austin. Learn to create long-term and short-term goals utilizing the SMART goal philosophy and methodology, become familiar with backward planning techniques for effective goal achievement and to develop SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals.

Presented by the Office of the Dean of Students - Leadership and Ethics Institute.
