Description:Professor Miguel Sarre from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) presents a talk entitled "Prisons in Latin America: Building Up the Wall of Separation Between Justice and Revenge." Sarre is a professor of law and director of the Center for Public Law at ITAM in Mexico City as well as a member of the UN Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture and Other Cruel, Inhumane or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
