Description:Attend the first meeting of the Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA). New and returning members are welcome. Learn how to get involved in the BGSA through membership, officer positions and/or committee work. Event open to all Black/African American graduate students and graduate students of African decent. Food served.

The BGSA consists of the following committees: (1) Community Service / Mentoring; (2) Social Committee; (3) Financial/Fundraising; and (4) Professional Development / Networking.
