| Description: | Texas Orange Jackets hosts its annual Capture the 40 Acres event, a university-wide capture-the-flag tournament benefiting the Settlement Home for Children, an Austin facility for children and teens with whom Orange Jackets volunteers bi-monthly. The tournament takes place Sunday, Nov. 4, from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Teams of six compete. Register by Nov. 2 at the link below. Contact Fernanda Alvarez at feralvarez91@gmail.com with questions.
There are three game times from which to choose. Entry fee includes one hour of play time, snacks, lunch, prizes for tournament winners and superlative awards. Payments in cash or check accepted, with checks made out to "Orange Jackets." |
