Description:The Central Texas Black Cultural and Health Festival presents the 2013 Texas Relays Parade and Community Jam Session. The parade begins at 6 p.m. at Huston-Tillotson University and ends at the George Washington Carver Museum, 1165 Angelina Street. A brief program and community jam session immediately follow, with musical performances by high school and middle school bands. Refreshments provided.
