The Center for Mexican American Studies (CMAS) presents a plática by Cynthia E. Orozco, professor in the Department of History at Eastern New Mexico University. Orozco's talk is based on her recent book, "No Mexicans, Women or Dogs Allowed: The Rise of the Mexican American Civil Rights Movement."
