The Texas Politics Speaker Series presents "A Conversation with Bill Hammond, President and CEO of the Texas Association of Business." Dr. James Henson, director of UT's Texas Politics Project, talks with Hammond about his career in politics and TAB's advocacy of public education and other issues in the state. Hammond will take questions from the audience.
The Texas Politics Speaker Series brings to the university campus people from across the political spectrum and from all levels of government to discuss compelling political and policy issues. Speakers and topics are selected to engage students and the public, while providing insight into how the political process works in Texas. The series is produced by the Texas Politics Project in conjunction with the Department of Government and the College of Liberal Arts. All events are recorded, and attendance implies consent to be included in recordings.
