Description:
Yin and yang of learning Chinese is workshop topic
The Yin and Yang of Learning: Chinese In and Out of the Classroom provides Chinese language teachers with ideas on how to create instructional and learning materials to supplement their textbooks. Wen-Hua Teng, senior lecturer, Department of Asian Studies, presents the workshop.

Chinese materials from Gateway to Chinese, a COERLL web resource, will serve as examples to illustrate how quality materials can promote effective learning outside of the classroom.
