Events may still be submitted automatically to the new UT Events Calendar through a standards-compliant RSS or iCal feed. Please consult the UT Events Calendar Documentation for more information.

Renowned historian Ayesha Jalal launches new book at UT
Renowned historian Ayesha Jalal leads a seminar at the university's Hindi Urdu Flagship to launch her new book "The Pity of Partition: Manto's Life, Times, and Work Across the India-Pakistan Divide." The book focuses on Saadat Hasan Manto (1912-1955), a master of 20th-century Urdu literature whose fiction serves as a lens through which the tragedy of partition is brought sharply into focus.
