<title>Participants sought for study on diet &#38; blood pressure</title>

<description><![CDATA[Wednesday, May 1, All-day event, Bellmont Hall (BEL) 842.  Participants ages 30-80 with blood pressure higher than 120/80 are sought for a study on the effects of diet on blood pressure. Visits consist of four long appointments (1-2 hours) as well as additional brief visits to pick up supplies. Contact dairyintakestudy@gmail.com, or call 512-471-8594, for information. Payment is $200 for completing the study.  <br /><br />Participants will be asked to add nonfat dairy products to their normal diet for four weeks and replace dairy products with fruit products for an additional four weeks. All food products provided free of charge.<br /><br />To be eligible for participation, you must have high blood pressure. People currently on blood pressure medications are also eligible to participate in this study. <br /><br />Admission into this study is ongoing and new participants are accepted on a rolling basis.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[Friday, May 3, All-day event, Bellmont Hall (BEL) 842.  Participants ages 30-80 with blood pressure higher than 120/80 are sought for a study on the effects of diet on blood pressure. Visits consist of four long appointments (1-2 hours) as well as additional brief visits to pick up supplies. Contact dairyintakestudy@gmail.com, or call 512-471-8594, for information. Payment is $200 for completing the study.  <br /><br />Participants will be asked to add nonfat dairy products to their normal diet for four weeks and replace dairy products with fruit products for an additional four weeks. All food products provided free of charge.<br /><br />To be eligible for participation, you must have high blood pressure. People currently on blood pressure medications are also eligible to participate in this study. <br /><br />Admission into this study is ongoing and new participants are accepted on a rolling basis.]]></description>
