Dr. Walter Glannon, an associate professor of philosophy at the University of Calgary, speaks on new issues in medical ethics in a talk titled "Neuroscience, Free Will and Moral Responsibility."

Glannon has published four books on medical ethics, including his most recent,
"Brain, Body, and Mind: Neuroethics with a Human Face."
