Austin Beyond Coal holds potluck and movie screening
Austin Beyond Coal Student Coalition hosts a movie screening and potluck to introduce students to the grassroots movement to close down Fayette Coal Plant and move Austin beyond coal.

Fayette Coal Plant not only harms the health of nearby communities and the environment, but also uses billions of gallons of water a year, even while Texas faces a 15-year drought. Students interested in getting involved with Austin Beyond Coal are encouraged to attend, as our is anyone interested in free food, free outdoor movie screenings and new friends.
