Time:Noon-1 p.m.
Description:Attend this session to learn about a spring workshop offering the unique opportunity to design and fabricate a functional solar charging station for the UT campus. This project is sponsored by the UT Green Fee program and the Office of Sustainability.

Students will design and assist in constructing a charging station accessible to all UT students, faculty staff, and the public at sporting events and other large campus events. The workshop will teach practical skills in solar design, electrical engineering, prototyping and fabrication. A committed group of students will attend five Design/Build workshops on weekends throughout February and March 2013.
