| Description: | Parents of 4th and 5th graders (9-11 years old) are sought for a study on what kids and parents think about how to keep their brains healthy. One visit to School of Public Health required. Parents and children participate in separate short group discussions. Must speak English. Email brainpowerUTSPH@gmail.com for more information.
The information learned from this study will be used to create programs to promote brain health among tweens and prevent the early onset of substance use.
This research is being conducted under the direction of Dr. Melissa Stigler, assistant professor at the Austin Regional Campus of The University of Texas School of Public Health. |
