Interesting article, Bill. Social media can have amazing benefits for political candidates if they are used properly. The politicians who use social media accounts just to parrot the party line and not reflect on their inner thoughts or personality will find voters turned off and will not seek engagement. It's a dangerous road to take but many still do. In Australia (I’m an Australian), social media are being misused by Australian politicians and their associated spin doctors. American politician are not alone.
