      Thank you for these observations. Political science shows, however, that it is NOT true that "unseating a dictator is usually ... a VIOLENT process." In particular, it does not "require savvy battlefield skills." Instead, many regime transitions are predominantly peaceful; non-violent contention and protest provide the main force for bringing down many authoritarian and dictatorial regimes.
