Gilbert I. Low

Gilbert I. Low graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1960 where he was Comment Editor of the Texas Law Review and a Member of Order of the Coif. He is a Senior Partner of the law firm of Orgain, Bell & Tucker in Beaumont, Texas.

Mr. Low is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, International Society of Barristers, American Board of Trial Lawyers, American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, American Bar Foundation, Texas Bar Foundation, Texas Association of Defense Council, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Jefferson County Bar Association, Texas Supreme Court Advisory Committee, Fifth Circuit Advisory Committee, Philosophical Society of Texas, and Chairman of Texas Professional Ethics Committee. Mr. Low is also a Trustee of The University of Texas Law School Foundation.

Mr. Low is listed in the Third Edition of The Best Lawyers in America and in the 1995-1996 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, published in December. He was co-author of Texas Jury Charge, Volume 3, 1982.
