Mari Robinson
Enforcement Director, Texas Medical Board


Mari Robinson is the Enforcement Director for the Texas Medical Board, an agency she joined in 2001. Prior to joining the agency, she worked for a short time in private practice in the area of civil litigation as well as for the Attorney General’s Office. In her current position, Mari oversees the enforcement groups responsible for regulating the practice of medicine in Texas, including the investigation, litigation, and compliance departments. She holds a BA in Government from Angelo State University and a law degree from The University of Texas School of Law.

In addition to the above, Mari is very active in the legal community. She works as an adjunct skills instructor for the trial advocacy program of The University of Texas School of Law. She also serves as a director of the Austin Young Lawyers Association, and is a provisional member of the Junior League.
