Law, business, and economics materials are integrated to varying degrees in the law school’s first-year curriculum, typically in property, contracts and torts. The second- and third-year curriculum includes courses covering the operation of markets, economic analysis of legal rules and institutions, and a variety of courses that offer different perspectives on transaction-oriented problems.
