Speaker will be Marilda Rosado, a professor at Rio de Janeiro State University School of Law. The topics for discussion are: Oil and Gas in Offshore Brazil and the Environmental and Economic Possibilities of Recent Discoveries. Professor Rosado is also a partner at Doria Jacobina Rosado e Gondinho law firm. She formerly worked for the National Petroleum Agency in Brazil as the Bidding Superintendent and later was head of the Legal Affairs Department of a subsidiary of Petrobras.
