Mr. James M. Spellings, Jr. was General Manager of Corporate Planning of Exxon Mobil Corporation from February 1, 2005 to March 31, 2007, and then Associate General Tax Counsel from April 1, 2007 to March 1, 2010. He became Vice President and General Tax Counsel on March 1, 2010.
