The Texas Access to Justice Internship provided me with the opportunity to meet real clients, work on real cases, and observe excellent attorneys on the job. In just a few weeks, I drafted numerous documents, prepped witnesses for trial, took discovery, spoke with clients, and once argued a case before an Immigration judge.
