Spring 2010 Course Description

4 credits (pass/fail) over two semesters – offered Fall 2009, Spring 2010
Students register for Law 297P.
This program is open to students who have completed their first two semesters.
Students must also enroll in Advanced Federal Criminal Prosecution, a fall semester, 3-credit course taught by Professor Susan Klein and AUSA Anthony Brown. Preference is given to students who have taken Criminal Procedure courses.
Students may earn four hours of pass/fail credit for a two-semester internship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Austin. The internship requires a commitment to work 10 hours per week for two consecutive semesters. Interns receive two credits per semester.
