Housing

Off Campus

Approximately 95 percent of UT law students live off-campus and have a vast number of choices when it comes to housing.  The centralized location of The University of Texas campus along with the UT Shuttle System and Capital Metro service allows convenient access to many large and small apartment complexes and housing communities located in and around the Austin area.  Also, UT students, faculty, and staff may ride Capital Metro mainline buses free of charge by presenting a valid UT photo ID upon entering the bus.

On Campus

The University of Texas Division of Housing and Food Service oversees the University Apartments which are reserved for families, graduate students, and undergraduates with at least 30 credit hours who are also in good standing with the University.
