Dan Routman focuses on building emerging technology-related businesses and currently works with iSight Partners, a cyber counter-intelligence firm. Previously, he was President of PureDiscovery Corporation (semantic search technology) and Magazine Partners. Dan was Senior Director of Business Development of Yahoo! Inc. and Vice President of Broadcast.com purchased by Yahoo in 1999). He also served as Associated Counsel of Ross Perot's 1992 presidential campaign. Dan began his career with Liddell, Sapp, Zivley & LaBoon (now Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell) in Austin and Baker Botts in Dallas.
Dan is Chairman of North Texas Public Broadcasting, Inc., the PBS and NPR TV/radio affiliate in Dallas. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Dallas Museum of Art and is past president of The Dallas Assembly.
Dan and his wife, Lizzie, reside in Dallas with their two daughters, Regen and Emily.
