Carlos was born and raised in San Angelo and graduated from Central High School. He then graduated summa cum laude from Angelo State University. Finally, Carlos earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin.
While at law school, Carlos served on the University of Texas School of Law Admissions Committee and as a member of the Student Recruitment and Orientation Committee. He was also a member of the Chicano Hispanic Law Students Association and the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy.
After graduating from law school in 2003, Carlos returned home to San Angelo and joined Webb, Stokes & Sparks as an associate attorney. In 2008, Carlos became partner at Webb, Stokes & Sparks.
Since joining Webb, Stokes & Sparks, Carlos has gained invaluable experience by trying several cases to a jury verdict and litigating a variety of claims, which include car crashes, 18-wheeler crashes, bicycle and pedestrian cases, premises cases, dog bite/dog attack cases, workplace injury cases, oil-field injury cases, wrongful death and survivorship cases, insurance claims, and other personal injury cases.
Currently, Carlos is a trustee of the San Angelo Health Foundation; board member of Hospice of San Angelo; member of the Texas Ex-Students’ Association, Life Member; and the San Angelo Texas Ex-Students’ Association. Previously he has served as a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of San Angelo; San Angelo Chamber of Commerce; San Angelo Standard Times Editorial Board; Past President of the San Angelo Texas Ex-Students’ Association.
Carlos Rodriguez was admitted to State Bar of Texas in 2003. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas and the United States District Court, Western District of Texas. Tom Green County Bar Association Vice President, 2009-2010. Tom Green County Bar Association President, 2010-2011. Serves as a Member of the State Bar of Texas, District 15-A Grievance Committee (State Bar committee governing conduct of attorneys). Member of the American Association for Justice, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Carlos is Board Certified in Personal Injury Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
