Rod Wetsel is an attorney from Sweetwater, Texas and a lead authority on Wind Law in Texas. He wrote the current Wind Law book with fellow Professor Ernest Smith. Professor Wetsel will be teaching a Wind Law seminar course in the Spring Semester. This lunch will give students information about Professor Wetsel's upcoming course and allow them the opportunity to ask Professor Wetsel questions about his class and Wind Law in general.
