Your Declaration must be filed or postmarked by October 1st to be considered timely-filed. A $150 late fee will be imposed on all Declarations filed after October 1st.

Rod Wetsel is an attorney from Sweetwater, Texas and a lead authority on Wind Law in Texas. He wrote the current Wind Law book with fellow Professor Ernest Smith. Professor Wetsel will be teaching a Wind Law seminar course in the Spring Semester.
