Profs. Peter Ward, Heather Way, and Lucy Wood present key findings of the Contract for Deed Prevalence Project, a year-long study examining emerging titling practices in low-income informal settlements in Texas. Study results will be presented with potential policy responses to the trends uncovered. The event is open to students, faculty, advocates, and interested legislators.
