Mike’s practice principally involves patent litigation with an emphasis on cases in the Eastern District of Texas and on Hatch-Waxman drug patent litigation. Mike is also involved in litigation and counseling regarding trademark, domain name dispute, copyright, and trade secret law, including a trademark/domain name dispute case resolved on the fast-track in the Eastern District of Virginia.
DAVID T. DEZERN is an associate in the Dallas office. He handles a range of intellectual property law issues, focusing primarily on patent litigation
