The Women's Law Caucus and the women lawyers of Baker Botts invite you to join them on Tuesday, March 26 for lunch and an informative panel discussion. This luncheon program will give female 1L students an opportunity to obtain valuable insights from women lawyers across all levels of the firm. Topics to be discussed include: practicing law in a big firm; selecting a practice group/department; recruiting, mentoring & professional development; maintaining work life balance; tips for success in law school and beyond.

The target audience for this event is 1L women students.

Please join us for a special event featuring Miguel Sarre, Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Public Law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Professor Sarre will present a talk entitled “Prisons in Latin America: Building up the Wall of Separation between Justice and Revenge.” The event is co-sponsored by the Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies and the Immigration Clinic.
