Jim Marston, the head of the Environmental Defense Fund's National Energy Program and Regional Director of EDF's Texas office, and Jay Banner, a Professor in the Department of Geological Sciences in the Jackson School of Geosciences and Director of the Environmental Science Institute, will discuss climate policy.
