NEW TIME! 2:15-3:15pm in TNH 2.124.

Progressives have largely forgotten how to think and talk about the constitutional underpinnings for addressing want and inequity in American society. Such is the position of Texas Law’s own Professor Forbath, and we will be discussing these propositions on the anniversary of the signing of the Constitution. Come after lunch for something sweet to eat.
