The State Bar of Texas International Law Section and the Career Services Office present an informal talk by lawyers who practice international law. Come learn the different paths each of the participants took out of law school to become international lawyers. Learn about what their practice is like (big firm, in-house, business and boutique) and learn the pros and cons of practicing international law. The presentation will be informal with ample opportunity for questions and to meet the participants. If you are interested in international law, don’t miss this presentation!

Panelists include Karla Pascarella, General Counsel, Isolux Corsan, LLC, who practices international project development, corporate law and business transactions; Luemara Wagner, '06, Partner, Hunter Wagner PLLC (Austin), who practices international family law; Lydia Gonzalez Gromatzky, '86, Of Counsel, Andrews Kurth LLP (Austin), who practices international environmental law; Lilly Teng, Senior Partner, Americas, AWR LLoyd (San Antonio), who is an M&A advisor for Asian and American clients; Lisa Shelton, Partner, Andrews Kurth LLP (Austin), who practices international environmental law; and Derek Anchondo, Partner, Adams and Reese LLP (Houston), who practices international oil and gas law.
