The Access to Justice Internship Program is now accepting applications funding internships during summer 2015 for students working in nonprofit civil legal aid organizations. The deadline for submission is March 31, 2015. This year, we have expanded the guidelines to include applications for interns working in both rural and urban offices.

Come learn about Equal Justice Works’ public interest programs and initiatives. Equal Justice Works' Director, Isaac Bowers, will discuss both summer and postgraduate opportunities with Equal Justice Works and options for relieving educational debt after you graduate.

Students can work either over the summer or during the semester and earn an educational award while getting valuable public interest experience and do direct legal services. For 3Ls seeking permanent employment, come learn about Texas Law's three-month postgraduate internship and 12-month postgraduate fellowship programs, the Long Career Launch Program (LCLP) and Texas Law Public Service Fellowship Program (PSFP) respectively. Strategies will be discussed on how to maximize the benefit of these postgraduate programs. You will also obtain practical advice on how to make your job search more efficient and productive.
