Professor Sokolow will present a session entitled “Legal Analysis: Remedies Under the UCC” for 1Ls currently taking Contracts and working with the UCC. The session is a great explanation of remedies and how to analyze problems; students continually find the session to be incredibly helpful.

July 2013 TX Bar Exam Applications Now Accepted

3Ls planning to sit for the Texas July 2013 Bar Exam can now submit their In-State Application to Take the TX Bar Exam. The timely postmark deadline is Jan. 30. A $150 late fee will apply for all applications filed after Jan. 30 and up to the Mar. 30 absolute postmark deadline.
