Professor Sokolow will present a session entitled “Legal Analysis: Remedies Under the UCC” for 1Ls currently taking Contracts and working with the UCC. The session is a great explanation of remedies and how to analyze problems; students continually find the session to be incredibly helpful.

There will be roughly 40 adjuncts attending a meeting where we inform them of policies and procedures. Also a thank you outreach to these individuals for assisting in making this a great law school.
