Nonpracticing Opportunities: Federal Bureau of Investigation Language Fair
Friday, November 9, from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. in the Bass Concert Hall
The FBI has many exciting and challenging opportunities for qualified Contract Linguists to perform interpreting, translating, and monitoring services. Full-time and part-time contractor opportunities are available. Contract Linguists are paid $29-$41/hour, depending on language and skill level.
Language Specialists from the FBI will conduct informational sessions and will screen interested applicants for their level of expertise in eight critical languages, which include Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin, Somali, Urdu, Hindi and Pastu. The recruitment session will be held from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Bring your resume and come prepared to be interviewed.
