A Texas Law degree opens doors at the most venerable firms in the nation, is valued in the chambers of the highest courts in the land, and is an asset to many of the nation's best and brightest public interest lawyers and academics. We are committed to supporting the many paths our graduates can take with a law degree throughout Texas, the nation, and around the world.

  • Over the past three years, nearly 30 percent of students have secured postgraduate employment outside of Texas. Our graduates have chosen employment in 36 states, as well as the District of Columbia, with the most prevalent out-of-state opportunities in California, New York, and Washington, D.C.
  • Additionally, Texas Law graduates have landed jobs overseas in Brazil, Costa Rica, Germany, Israel, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, Puerto Rico, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
